This weekend was the Austin family's annual trip to the Sauvie Island U-Pick Pumpkin Patch. We had beautiful weather- it wasn't even a little bit muddy. Jack loved all the pumpkins- unfortuntately he liked the rotten ones, too! We brought home some great ones and can't wait to carve next weekend.
We were woken Saturday morning by a call from Ben's work- someone had smashed the passenger side window of the jeep in front of his office (he leaves the car there sometimes so he can drive it to meetings during the day because he bikes to and from work). Nothing was stolen except some loose change and the car's manual, but it was still a bummer. That is the 4th time someone has broken into that car! I don't know why we bother locking it!
